How do you motivate the new generation to become successful?

1. Set and achieve a short and long term goals

The best way to inspire young people is to be an example for them.

• Short term goals: They started their own vintage clothing with their own savings. They save $100 per month for college funds. They know the amount of savings I have for them, and knew its not enough when they look it up how much are college tuition fees.
• Long term goals: I ignite my children in yearly basis since their 2 years old, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" They started with Batman and Princess, by 1st year high school, they both already know their career path and dream universities. Well informed how grants are awarded.

2. Volunteer and giving back to communities in Philippines and here

The importance of giving back by exposing children to different situations and people in need, volunteering helps them understand perspectives beyond their own, fostering empathy and compassion.
