Visual Storytelling Agent(s) Agreement

JollyBox Global (hereinafter referred to as "Client")

Visual Storytelling Agent (hereinafter referred to as "Agent")

The Agent(s) agrees to provide visual storytelling services to the Client, including: Videography & Photography

Agent(s) Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality visual storytelling services
• Meet project deadlines
• Deliver final products as agreed upon

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide necessary information and access to locations
• Ensure timely payment, overnight stay, provide food & transportation

Confidentiality

The agent(s) agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the Client's project and information.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mindanao, Philippines

Ownership and Usage

1. Ownership: The Client retains ownership of all Raw footage and final products.
2. Usage: The agent(s) may use the footage and final products for promotional purposes, with prior approval from the Client.
