PART B: In addition to participating in the on-going planning and review process of the outreach project, the school will provide the following services in specific support of this project. (Please Check boxes upon agreement.) *

a. School's Parent/Volunteers are expected to aid in setting up the donation table under the supervision of Team JBG.
b. Students must be checked against Dep-Ed list by Principal/Teacher in charge.
c. Attendees who are not on premises during the outreach will NOT receive supplies.
d. Students must be in line by grade(age) and by gender.
e. Parent Volunteers are expected to aid on keeping attendees’ safety while in line.
f. Photos and Videos taken by JollyBox Global Team are with pre-approved permission Obtained by the selected school.

In addition to continuing the on-going project planning and review process of “Outreach Project”, JBG will be providing the following but not limited to pre-loved items* & services per funding approval by JollyBox Global Board Members
