By day, Josette is a full-time employee at UCLA. By passion, she serves as Nonprofit CTO of JollyBox Global, driven by her belief that "Bayanihan ang kailangan para sa kinabukasan ng mga kabataan!" When she's not serving,  she enjoys gallivanting locally.

John's volunteering dedication to JollyBox Global was sparked by a life-changing visit to the Philippines, where he witnessed firsthand the harsh realities faced by underprivileged children in underserved communities. This experience ignited a sense of purpose within him, and he is now resolute in his commitment to expanding JollyBox Global's reach, providing vital support to even more students in need.

Oversees day-to-day field operations, coordinates outreach logistics, ensures compliance with volunteer ethics and turnover documentation, and supports Team Leaders in executing programs efficiently and safely.

  • Mural Program Management: Oversee mural production, artist selection, site logistics, community approvals, and public unveilings.
  • Community Relations: Act as the public face of the organization, building relationships with city officials, property owners, and local artists.
  • Staff and Operations: Hire, manage, and evaluate administrative and creative personnel

  • Risk Management: Oversees reviews of financial, operational, and technology controls to spot risks.
  • Governance Reporting: Reports key audit results directly to the board's audit committee and administratively to the chief executive officer.
