This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is between ("Sponsor") and JollyBox Global ("JollyBox").

1. The Sponsor agrees to support JollyBox Global's Library Renovation

2. Terms and Conditions *

2.1. Logo Usage: The Sponsor is granted permission to use the JollyBox logo on promotional materials, including flyers, subject to approval from the JollyBox team. The Sponsor must submit the proposed materials for approval before publication and vice versa
2.2. Financial Agreement: The Sponsor must complete and sign a financial agreement with JollyBox, outlining the terms of the sponsorship, including the amount and method of payment.
2.3. Social Media Promotion: The Sponsor agrees to promote the Event on their social media platforms.

3. Obligations *

Upon request,JollyBox will provide the Sponsor with regular updates on the Event's progress and outcomes, including a detailed report on the use of funds.

4. Termination *

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days' written notice to JollyBox Global

5. Governing Law *

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

6. Funding and Transparency *

JollyBox Global, a non-profit organization, relies on the generosity of individuals and businesses who share our vision. To maintain transparency and accountability, we document our projects through photography & videography showcasing the impact of our work and the difference it makes in the lives of those we serve on our website and social media platforms
