Conditions, Obligations, Termination and Law

In addition to participating in the on-going promotion process of this event, the sponsor will provide the following services in support of this fundraiser.

2. CONDITIONS *

2.1. The Vendor agrees to provide products or services for JollyBox Global's fundraising event mentioned above
2.2. The Vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

3. Obligations *

3.1. The Vendor is responsible for delivering high-quality products or services.
3.2. The Vendor must ensure timely delivery of products or services.
2.3. JollyBox will provide the Vendor with event details, including date, time, location, and expected attendance.

4. Termination *

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days' written notice to JollyBox Global

5. Governing Law *

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

Food

Basic haircut
Pre-Loved Books/Clothes/Toys*
